Bobby and Priscilla Johnson were both born into pastor's families and raised in very different parts of the country, Bobby in Kentucky and Georgia and Priscilla in Oregon. Bobby pursued college and then seminary in the south, graduating from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville KY. He went on to be involved in minist
Bobby and Priscilla Johnson were both born into pastor's families and raised in very different parts of the country, Bobby in Kentucky and Georgia and Priscilla in Oregon. Bobby pursued college and then seminary in the south, graduating from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville KY. He went on to be involved in ministry in Arkansas and Texas. Priscilla served in ministry through her teen and early adult years while pursuing education in the culinary field, teaching piano lessons and eventually owning a catering business. They met in Western Oregon where Bobby came to serve as a youth minister, associate pastor and eventually senior pastor. They moved to Eastern Oregon in 2022, excited to serve at Elgin Baptist church.

The Lord has blessed Bobby and Priscilla with five children: Amelia, Josiah, Abigail, Justus and Jesse. Bobby believes that the Word of God is true, reliable and completely accurate in its entirety. He is passionate about reaching the world for Christ and fulfilling the Great Commission. Some of his hobbies are the outdoors, hunting, fishing, sports, books and spending time with his family.
